PRIMOVAX – This study compares the effectiveness of a new medication to treat inoperable pancreatic cancer
- Participants diagnosed with inoperable pancreatic cancer
Exclusions
- Treatment of pancreatic cancer with chemotherapy
- Most other cancers, except adequately treated non-melanoma skin cancer and cervical cancer
NOVACAPS – This study evaluates the safety and tolerability of a new treatment, for participants with inoperable pancreatic cancer
Criteria
- Participants with inoperable pancreatic cancer
- Participants between 18 and 78 years of age
Exclusions
- Recent major surgery
- Previous or current use of Ifosfamide and Gemcitabine
- Current or chronic cystitis
- Most other primary cancers, except adequately treated non-melanoma skin cancer and cervical cancer
PROGEN – This study is comparing the safety and effectiveness of a new medication when used in combination with an approved chemotherapy agent for the treatment of malignant melanoma
Criteria
- Metastatic melanoma
Exclusions
- History of central nervous system involvement or brain metastases
- Most other cancers (generally except where Stage 1 cancer and has been treated and disease free for 5 years or more, non-melanoma skin cancer or cervical cancer)
- Recent major surgery
- Recent heart attack, stroke or congestive heart failure
